• Beet Napoleons w/ chive cream cheese

• Lobster Bisque w/ Rich and creamy lobster soup, brandy, chives, brioche croutons

• Beet Salad w/ Roasted beets, ricotta cheese, wild rocket arugula and frisee salad, orange segments, pistachio vinaigrette

Main Entree
• Mary’s Chicken
w/ Pan seared chicken breast, grilled shrimp, creamy potato puree, roasted seasonal vegetables, lemon butter sauce

• Eggplant Rollatini w/ Crispy eggplant sheets filled with ricotta cheese, basil, fresh
spaghetti pasta, marinara sauce

• Red Velvet Cake with a cream cheese frosting
